What’s your background?
I’ve worked in the education nonprofit sector for more than 15 years – first in direct services as a program provider and manager, then director, and finally vice president.
While “programs” might’ve been my department on the org chart, I have experience in development, operations, and human resources as well. I’ve done just about everything but bookkeeping.
The through line of my work is creating systems, followed up with support to make sure they get used. A pretty plan is no good unless it’s put into action!
How does this work?
The support you need is unique to your organization! For this reason, we’ll start with a discovery meeting where you download all your hopes and dreams, problems, and pitfalls to me. I use that to craft a proposal tailored to the goal(s) you want to achieve. Then we work through the particulars, draft an agreement, and I get to work!
What kinds of projects can you support?
Any kind of a project where a system is involved. Setting up systems is my jam! Whether it’s for development, operations, or programs – I love this work.
It helps that implementation support is my super power. Making sure everyone involved has the knowledge, skills, resources, and motivation to implement is essential.
