No one to delegate to?

Imaginary friends make bad project managers.

“Do more with less” is unsustainable and unfair.

You’re just one person, and the to-do list is too long.

You need someone to…

    • submit an LOI.
    • train volunteers.
    • manage social media.
    • design the impact report.
    • fix Excel.
    • host a site visit.
    • stand up a donor CRM.
    • invent an earned revenue stream.
    • make a plan to actually implement the strategic plan.

…do good work.

Project Management FAQ

What do you mean by fractional?

Skilled, experienced, and affordable! Good Work helps smaller, purpose-driven organizations advance their mission and amplify their impact by offering highly skilled and experienced leaders at a fraction of the cost to hire them as a full time employee.

How does this work?

The project support you need is unique to your organization! For this reason, we’ll start with a discovery meeting where you download all your hopes and dreams, problems, and pitfalls to me. I use that to craft a proposal tailored to the goal(s) you want to achieve. Then we work through the particulars, draft an agreement, and I get to work!

What kinds of projects can you support?

Setting up systems is my jam! Whether it’s for development, operations, or programs – I love and have a talent for building out systems and supporting their implementation.
