FAQ

What’s your background?

I’ve worked in the education nonprofit sector for more than 15 years – first in direct services as a program provider and manager, then director, and finally vice president.

While “programs” might’ve been my department on the org chart, I have experience in development, operations, and human resources as well. I’ve done just about everything but bookkeeping.

The through line of my work is creating systems, followed up with support to make sure they get used. A pretty plan is no good unless it’s put into action!

Say more about data dashboards.

Data dashboards are becoming more and more prevalent in the nonprofit sector. They’re most effective when there isn’t just one. A group of dashboards tailored to specific audiences helps nonprofits ensure they’re maximizing their potential. See more about that here.

I need help but it's not a project.

Let’s talk! I know what it’s like to have a list of to-dos that are small in scope but big in impact. Depending on the nature of the work, we may be able to offer fractional services that help you divide and conquer.
